- Bags of rice pasta (especially brown rice for more fiber), and Canned pasta (like ravioli, in moderation)
- Peanut butter
- Oatmeal and other dry cereals
- Chili or hearty stews
- Granola bars or breakfast bars (check for lower sugar and higher fiber content)
